Effects of Abeta (25-35) on cell viability. The MTT assay was used to determine the cell viability. As shown in the following graph, 20 μM Abeta(25-35) induced a decrease in PC12 cell viability in a time-dependent manner (P < 0.05) (A), However, 20 μM Abeta(35-25) had no effect on PC12 cell viability (P > 0.05) (B).
