The first set of samples (DYT1L_A and DYT1R_A) was collected from the guide tubes during the first DBS implantation procedure. The second set of samples (DYT1L_B and DYT1R_B) was collected from the revised DBS leads during the revision surgery, which was performed due to technical failure
