Effects of Wnt3a-CM on LDH leakage of SH-SY5Y cells treated with 6-OHDA. SH-SY5Y cells were pretreated with different proportion of Wnt3a-CM (10–80 %) prior to 6-OHDA (100 μM) treatment for 24 h and LDH assay was performed to determine the degree of cell injury. The data are expressed as percentage relative to Ctrl-CM group and presented as mean ± SD from four independent experiments. *P < 0.05 compared to the control, †P < 0.05 compared to 6-OHDA treated group
